It all starts with an idea . . .
Concept building is the most important step to the foundation of any great design or production process. This is the time to share goals and ideas upon which to base research and development of a concept in order to provide concepts for client review.
Design & Comprehensive layouts, models, etc . . .
This is the time to share the vision and make sure everything is moving in the right direction according to the goals of the project. Once the direction is finalized and client approval is in place, production proceses are reviewed and timelines for production are set in motion.
Show time . . .
Proofs, e-proofs, press checks, etc. . . are conducted before production and delivery of product according to its media type.
Delivery of media . . .
Delivery is arranged with client prior to production. All non-traditional media is delivered either in the mode in which it is expected to function, email or specified file upload destination.
Terms & Conditions: Basic Terms for any job
These are the basic policies that every job follows in our agency.
• All information included in any estimate and proposal is considered to be proprietary.
• 30% down payment is usual and customary. Payment schedule can be negotiated after down payment.
• Final approval of creative elements by client is required before production.
• Any revisions after printed media has gone to press, CD’s have been burned for images, or internet uploads have occurred per client approval, Client will be charged extra to cover additional print runs, production schedules, etc.
Invoices are sent out via email...going paperless and saving a few trees. Credit card options are available.
